There are not many images of Ken Clements on Crown, maybe he was camera shy or the fact that he worked shifts out in the paddi on his own ensuring the water supply was not interrupted is why. He did gain a following of starstruck small boys who visited him at the wellhead. They followed him around when he went to the village. How much he inspired them in their lives is not known, however his popularity can be measured by this picture. |
